Bumped dependencies.
This allows the package to install upon Jessie. The redis
library wasn't added, so that we can still install upon Wheezy.
To install upon Wheezy:
gem install curb
gem install redis
Once our status-hosts are all Wheezy we can defult to ruby-redis.
This closes #12713
